– If we are unable to secure your ITIN, you will receive a 100% refund of our service fees—no questions asked.

 

  1. Non-Refundable Fees

– Third-party government fees (state filing, expedited processing) and shipping costs are non-refundable if incurred due to agency or IRS delays beyond our control.

 

  1. Timeline-Dependent Fees

– Expedited processing fees paid to state agencies or the IRS are non-refundable if delays occur outside of MyITINPro’s purview.

 

  1. How to Request a Refund

– Submit your request via the MyITINPro dashboard or email billing@myitinpro.com within 30 days of IRS or state denial notice.

– Include your order number and denial documentation for verification.

 

  1. Refund Processing

– Approved refunds are issued within 7-10 business days to the original payment method unless otherwise arranged.

 

  1. Changes to Policy

We reserve the right to update this policy; changes will be posted with a new “Effective Date.”
