– “Services” include ITIN application assistance, LLC formation, EIN registration, and related support.
– “You” refers to the client or user of MyITINPro.
- Service Description & Processing Time Disclaimer
We offer remote, end-to-end facilitation for:
– ITIN applications (Form W-7) submitted to the IRS.
– LLC formations and EIN filings with state agencies.
Processing Time Disclaimer: All timelines for state filings and IRS processing (including LLC formation, EIN issuance, and ITIN applications) are provided by respective government agencies. These are estimates only and may vary substantially due to agency workload, system backlogs, mail transit times, and other factors beyond MyITINPro’s control.
- User Obligations
– Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
– Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials and notify us of any unauthorized access.
- Payment & Fees
– Service fees are due upfront.
– Third-party government fees (state filing, expedited processing) are billed separately and are non-refundable if incurred.
- Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and software belong to MyITINPro or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute without written consent.
- Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
– Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
– MyITINPro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.
- Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Montana, United States. Disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
- Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time; changes take effect upon posting. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
